Living the Ice Cream Dream

International rugby superstar Tommy Bowe enjoys a tickety-moo ice cream at the Kings Hall in Belfast last week. He was a 3 scoop man!
We believe chilled out
cows produce the sweetest milk, which is why the
family-owned farm, we've called home since 1798, seemed the natural choice for making the finest imaginable ice cream.
The lush green vales of Lough Erne provide the idyllic backdrop for our beloved Jersey cows to mooch around, thinking deep countryside thoughts, leaving their udders to focus their thoughts on macking delicious milk for ice cream perfection.
Our Shop
Come and visit the ice cream shop and try some of our teriffic ice creams for yourself. With 18 different flavours to choose from there is more than enough choice for everyone including a few sorbets for those who resist the temptation of the sumptious ice cream.
The shop is open from mid March right through until the end of September. Keep an eye on here for more specific opening times.
Our Cows
We like to treat our cows with the utmost respect for producing such fine milk for our ice cream. That is why the cows are milked on a VMS (Voluntary Milking System) installed by De Laval. The cows also have mechanical brushes to brush their hair and matresses to lie down on at night.
